I cannot praise Spencer and Janki at Paramount enough. They have taken over management of two flats for me and the entire thing has been seamless, professional, responsive and sensible. They ensure that all legal formalities are complied with, make sensible maintenance proposals, and then arrange for the maintenance to be carried out. Nothing is too much trouble, I am kept promptly up to date, my tenants are happy and I can relax in the knowledge that an entirely professional team is taking care of my properties for me. It has been a truly exceptional experience.
