The whole Paramount team are great and we are very pleased they manage our properties. A special mention goes to Tash Hearn for all of her hard work, day to day, making sure that the properties stay in good condition to the benefit of the tenants. Thank you also to the finance team for their regular statements, supporting us throughout the year and particularly when it comes time to reconcile everything for tax return completion, and also to the lettings team that give us good advice to get properties rented quickly and at fair value.
