Hi Harry, I'm very sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience. I just want to say that we work hard to do everything we possibly can to find you the perfect fit in your next home. Unfortunately certain requirements, like the need to accommodate pets, can sometimes reduce the available options that still tick all of the "must have" boxes. We think pets are wonderful (most of us have one or two ourselves!), and we think we may see some great changes in this area in the near future. As things are today, we appreciate that it can be frustrating when it becomes a limitation.
