I can't recommend Paramount Properties highly enough, especially our agent Lionel! We were buying a flat, and Lionel was always super responsive (literally replies were sent within 30 mins sometimes), professional, kind, patient, on top of everything and chasing other parties, where relevant. When we were confused about the process and had the questions even outside of agency scope, Lionel always had time to chat over the phone and explain everything to us. All in all, I really wish every agent was like this, it made our purchase process so much easier. I am super happy with the service provided and will recommend this to our friends.
