Hi Zaid, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your flat, however, Paramount Residential sold you the leasehold flat and were not the managing agents of the building. We understand that the freehold was sold a few months ago and that you were informed of the address and telephone number of the new freeholder; any issues with your flat should be directed to them.
