Sold our flat through Paramount - whole experience was hassle free. Great photography, which certainly helped, and then the first person through the door ended up buying it. The team at Paramount were communicative and when there were any issues with the buyer, they jumped on it. Not much more to write because the whole thing was pretty straightforward.
