I was very appreciative of the effort Paramount put in to ensuring that the move-in went smoothly, particularly the follow-up to make sure everything was provided as promised. I dealt mostly with Sam Jacobs who was very professional throughout the process and was impressed with how he went above and beyond what was necessary.
