The staff work hard to make sure you are informed and are always highly responsive via email and phone. It is evident that Paramount always keep the best interests of both tenants and landlords in mind, and are selective about who they do business with. As a tenant, I feel confident that they will be reliable as a lettings agency going forward, and a pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with multiple lettings agencies in London and Paramount are truly miles ahead of the rest. Their processes and procedures are slick, and they are even integrating tech and apps to improve the overall experience for all parties involved. I sold my property through Paramount in August 2016. Viewings started on the first day it went on the market. and I accepted an offer within two weeks. I'm certain this is because it was marketed at the right price and to the right market. Paramount provided an outstanding service to me, and as my neighbour bought his property through them, I know they do the same for buyers. They understand their clients amazingly well, and directed the right buyers to view my property. Lionel acted as my agent and was fantastic at providing feedback, informing me as soon as he'd booked viewings, and providing sound advice. I also got to know other members of the team during my sale, who were also always friendly, polite and also gave timely feedback. I can't rate Paramount highly enough and highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers. They made my sale smooth and easy, and ensured everything was on track once I'd accepted the offer. Perhaps the most notable point is that they were always honest and never overwhelmed me with constant calls once they'd valued my property, which every other agent I've dealt with has done. And while other agents I've dealt with tend to boast about their services and ability to sell properties, but so often fail to deliver (which was my experience prior to appointing Paramount), Paramount takes a levelled approach and achieved a fast and smooth sale for me in miminal time.
