Renting a new property through Paramount and have been dealing with Dexter Franklin-Beck and Jason Pevovar. Cannot recommend them enough. All queries answered efficiently. I had some requests at first that were quite difficult but they were accommodating. After some period of time looking for a new let, we decided that we were solely going to use Paramount and ignore other agents. This is testament to the service we have received and the properties that they manage.

My flat sold very quickly with little inconvenience to me. I work from home and was dreading the influx of people. Paramount vetted their potential buyers well and an agreed price was reached very quickly. I was in a bridging situation and the agent managed to tie up a protracted closing of contract to suite my needs. I was particularly impressed with the commitment agreement which the buyer and myself paid into to ensure a penalty payment from either party if we had a change of heart not based upon structural or legal issues. I have sold many properties over the years and was impressed with the professionalism I received and would instruct them again on other sales that might arise in the future. I bought my 2 bed flat in West Hampstead through Paramount 6 years ago and recently used them to sell it. Once again they were very easy and friendly to deal with and made the process as efficient as possible. I dealt with Robert Lazarus on this occasion who was very helpful and came across as extremely knowledgeable, providing great confidence at every stage of the process.
