All in all everything was swift, communication was excellent, and I felt everything was handled with honesty, care and attention - which I'm sure is not often the case. Although I dealt with a few people along the way (all of whom were lovely), Jamie in particular has been brilliant. I honestly couldn't fault the effort he put in to keep everything running smoothly. As a first-time buyer I was a bit nervous at times and had lots of questions, but nothing was too much for him and he dealt with all my questions patiently and thoroughly. His relationship with the seller also proved very helpful and his communication between us was great and helped keep things moving, without ever being too pushy. Thank you Jamie for all your help and hard work; you are a testament to the company! I'm sure I will use Paramount to sell my flat eventually too as I can't imagine having a better service from anyone else.
