Amazing agents that go above and beyond for their tenants.We were locked out of the apartment and one of the agents came in on the weekend to give me their set of keys and we were about to be faced with a very expensive locksmith charge ! So grateful

Tash at Paramount was the managing agent of the flat next door to mine when both properties were affected by leaks and water damage. It was a complicated process but Tash did a brilliant job of getting things sorted and was always easy to contact and communicate with. I don’t think the problems would have been sorted properly without Tash and I would definitely recommend the property management service she provides on that basis.

I was moving from NYC to London and did my flat search from abroad. From the very beginning Oliver and Janki have been so helpful and communicative throughout my search. I was able to finalise a flat that was in a great neighbourhood and also an easy commute to my office. The previous tenant of the flat was unable to move out as expected so Paramount was kind enough to book me a hotel to stay in while the previous tenant finalised their move. I was stressed and anxious as I was coming from another country, but Oliver and Janki made my transition smooth with their trusting word and communication. I’m grateful for their help.

I’ve recently bought a property and Paramount were amazing. Even though I wasn’t the client, they chased up all the stakeholders and fell over themselves to keep me informed and get this over the line. What is a traditionally painful process was made much easier as a result. Big shout out to Dan Stern who was consistently brilliant.

I have been contacted by agent Cory on Saturday morning since I started searching for a flat on Friday night. He was cheerful and so easy to talk to. He offered a lovely property to view on Sunday and my offer has been accepted on Monday morning! Such a speedy and delightful service I have never received from any agency in the past - and it all happened over the weekend!

Great experience - agents were very helpful, passionate, and were eager to find us an alternative property after our first offer didn’t work out. They showed us flats that exceeded our expectations and within our budget and never tried to “sell” us too much. Overall, a much better experience than what we experienced with other agencies. As a couple new to the country, the agents explained the process very clearly and we never felt out of the loop. The onboarding / signing process was smooth and easy. Dexter and Janki were our agents through the process.

I’m just starting out on the journey with Paramount lettings and so far I have to say they have been great. Cory put me at ease right from the viewing stage. My experience with other places has made me wary but he was not pushy or aggressive in the least. The team in the office dealing with the admin side of things have been very responsive and organised.
