This agency is the one to go to - either as a prospective tenant or landlord: a swift and inexpensive service with a thorough background check and the property I rented from them - v fairly and truthfully represented in their advertisement. Reliable on-line rent payment option, which is handy when you're constantly on the go. Very helpful with all suppliers' switching when I first moved in. They performed a check of the premises early on, taking care not to interfere with my routine, which was helpful. Staff were very approachable and timely with their responses to any queries. Oh - AND they drive green cars!! A long leap from my previous lettings' agencies experience in South London.
