from the reviews it looks like they're great to buy/sell through. But renting a property managed by them is just a whole lot more hassle than it should be. Any queries or issues we have had, we've had to contact them multiple times before they even pretend to do anything about it. Staff themselves seem friendly enough, just don't have any sense of urgency and just don't seem to want to help you. Based on our experience of renting a property through them I absolutely wouldn't recommend them. EDIT: since putting this review, John and Luke have been involved and things have actually been done. Should never have taken a review to get things going but the work has finally been done and we are finally happy in our house. Becky has been an absolute angel in all of this and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Unfortunately my opinion hasn't changed and my mind was made up from the bad experience, however I believe that it is the right thing to do to edit my review and show that it may have taken a ridiculous amount of time, but things are now being done thanks to the 3 people I have mentioned.
