They have always been professional, prompt in answering questions or sorting out any issues. Support from the begging till the end, also helped us find a new place to live once previous house was sold and we even didn't have to worry about it. Mid October I walked past a house for sale, a quick check on site to see if it was within our budget and I phoned the agents up and booked a viewing for the next day, then we put an offer in soon after. Now we're moving in mid January! From that first phone call Martin and Co have looked after us through out the whole process, keeping everything running smoothly, which has been very appreciated for the nervous first time buyers that we were. I've just echanged on a property being sold through Martin and Co after only two months of the first viewing. So pleased with how quick it's been! From the start Sally really listened to what we wanted and showed us 3 properties that were exactly what we were looking for. Then we were mainly dealing with Kim and Lewis who were great at keeping us up to date with the purchase and really nice people to deal with!

Martin & Co. sold our house for us. As you would expect, that is always excellent news, but in our case, it was even better as our house had been on the market for over a year with another estate agent. M&C managed to sell my house within 2 weeks of taking us on - amazing. Not only that, their communication was always on form. After a viewing, they would both call me to update me, as well as send me an email with the feedback. Once we had an offer, I was phone every fortnight with a little check-in update. This was all so reassuring after our hard time up until using them. I highly recommend M&C, and cannot thank them enough for their services.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Lewis and Kim have been extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable, as have other members of staff we have briefly spoken to (Sally, Kate and Joel). All have kept us up to date through the process and nothing is too big or too time consuming for them. Our house sale has gone through in 2 months and 2 days from market to completion which i do not believe would of happened with another estate agent. Highly recommend Martin & Co. They take on board any recommendations I give of any maintenance that may need to be planned, or of any issues a tenant has relayed onto me.
