Fantastic service from beginning to end. Lewis and Kim have been extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable, as have other members of staff we have briefly spoken to (Sally, Kate and Joel). All have kept us up to date through the process and nothing is too big or too time consuming for them. Mid October I walked past a house for sale, a quick check on site to see if it was within our budget and I phoned the agents up and booked a viewing for the next day, then we put an offer in soon after. Now we're moving in mid January! From that first phone call Martin and Co have looked after us through out the whole process, keeping everything running smoothly, which has been very appreciated for the nervous first time buyers that we were.
