This is an overdue review for Nishaad, who has gone above and beyond to ensure we could close on a flat that was very dear to my partner and I. Due to covid, we couldn't visit the flat but Nishaad was able to secure a video of the property and a viewing once this was feasible. We never felt pressured by him and all the information he gave us was always factual and honest. This is unfortunately not the standard for many agencies in central London. Even though Nishaad was due to go on holidays, he communicated this to us and left us in direct contact with his manager - who was also equally professional and helped us through an uncertain time as we waited to have the documentation from the landlord. I cannot describe well enough how smooth the whole process went - Nishaad always communicated well the next steps and we knew what was going on. We're extremely thankful for having come across this agency and highly recommend it to anyone who's unsure who they can trust with such an important matter: your home. Thanks Nishaad for everything!
