Ian Salter, the Sales Manager who conducted my property’s market appraisal after I viewed a property with him listed by CJ Hole, was most helpful and friendly and gave excellent advice. I was about to take my property (listed with a different agent) off the market and switch to CJ Hole on the basis of this advice when I received an offer I was able to accept - so in the end the switch was not necessary. However, if anything goes awry with the sale, requiring me to re market my property (fingers crossed this will not happen!) I would not hesitate to go with CJ Hole in future. The advice I received from Ian was, I believe, instrumental in helping me to achieve a sale (albeit before any switch occurred); hence, based on this, I would trust that he and CJ Hole would provide me with excellent service should I request this at any time.
