Kate has been great, she gets 5 stars! For my parents purchase of their dream property I can honestly say is that Kate is on the ball, all over updates, going the extra mile (above all other agents that were in the chain) and keeping things as in line as possible. I work in the industry too so I know what I am talking about. She is really knowledgeable and smart, knows what to do and what different scenarios mean. Plenty of other agents and companies out there who don't have a clue compared to her. Well done!

As a family, we have recently sold our deceased's mother's bungalow through C J Hole. We were unlucky that it took 3 attempts to get us over line for a sale and through no fault of the estate agents was a massive emotional roller coaster for the family. However, the 3rd potential sale of the property was successful and this was all down to the continued hard work and dedication of the staff from the Weston-super-Mare branch. They were extremely kind in a very delicate situation. A special mention has to be made to Kate who worked so hard to achieve the sale. Her skills and dedication in securing the sale of the bungalow was second to none. Without her knowledge and professionalism in securing the sale we would still be emotionally suffering. We now have closure on an extremely sad time. We would like to thank C J Hole in helping us through this difficult time and would have no hesitation in securing their services again or recommending them to anyone in the future.
