"Excellent Service and very..."

From start to finish the team at CJ Hole made the whole process of selling our property pain free and smooth. After an initial consultation with Peter Grieve who put us completely at ease we were looked after by Sam Siviter. I can't speak highly enough of Sam. We were having to manage the sale from 250 miles away so communication needed to be good... and it was! The property had tenants in it and they needed sensitive handling, Sam was very adept at this. Unfortunately the solicitors (of both parties involved in the transaction) weren't so on the ball and Sam again was supportive and assertive in getting them back on task in meeting deadlines. I would definitely recommend this company and hold them in high regard for the professionalism, diligence and really good communication. Also they managed to get pretty much the asking price!

Emma and Sara worked efficiently to ensure they found suitable tenants for the rental house. Their communications were clear and timely and their manner was very professional and friendly. Great service.

Isaac Hole showed us around the property, he was helpful and knowledgeable about the property and area and answered all our questions on the day.(where in our experience other Estate Agents didn't have info to hand). He continues to assist us with the smaller details of purchasing our chosen property.

Very poor an unprofessional

Very poor an unprofessional people No communication...made numerous calls and emails but hardly you see a response from them especially when there is only 2 people working and they have a tiny office of a size of a nest. BEN who is one of the agents is very rude and unprofessional , he started swearing at me over the phone and lost his cool and hang the phone up... Please avoid them at all cost,,,they are the worst in all aspects.. Fake promises,...unprofessional attitude and rude staff, I wonder who is the owner of this company and how is this operating...
