Without doubt the best estate agent experience we have ever had, polite and efficient staff, kept us well informed throughout selling period. One staff member worked on her day off to assist us in getting sold quick enough to secure the property we wanted on the same day! The fees are better value than all the other agents in the area. We liked using this local agent because it is almost as cheap as some online agents but with an office in town with knowlegable staff available on the telephone after hours.
