Probably the worst estate agents in Weymouth, do yourself a favour and avoid. Bad management, unprofessional, slow replies (always "sorry I was on annual leave" when I sent follow up emails), issues never fixed. I could continue.

Blunt sad looking staff

I really didn’t want to have to write a bad review but: I simply went there to drop a set of keys off on someone’s behalf, and the gentleman in there was very blunt and rude. I’m not sure if it was because I was wearing a face mask (COVID), but I was extremely confused as to why he was being rude. On the other hand, the lady who came out (I’m afraid I can’t remember the name) - was more informative and helpful.

Looking to rent property for family in the area , spoke with jaye , found her to be terribly unhelpful id even go as far to say rude , rang back to speak to someone higher and was told that she is the senior administrator- in an office of 3 , and deals with everything . Would not recommend

*** Update - With regards to the "generic reply" below, I am not interested in registering with you after being made to feel like a hindrance when walking into the office, a smile would not hurt *** After being really happy with the Bournemouth branch 5 star service I went to the Weymouth branch to try find somewhere to let while I look to buy, I actually felt sorry for the miserable looking ladies in the office, no get up and go and poor customer service, my experience was dull very much like the run down branch.

This office is never open when advertised, several times I have attempted to go in and talk to the Manager as the "Senior Administrator" keeps fobbing me off and not replying to all my emails. Poor communication, unprofessional staff and unreliable opening hours!!
