We were very pleased with the service we received.
When we were selling our property we chose Martyn Gerrard as our agent because of their calm and measured approach and clear detailed knowledge of the immediate local market, together with competetive terms. They gave us sound advice on pricing and marketing which quickly resulted in an acceptable offer. They respected our decisions and maintained good and friendly communication about progress- Particularly as we neared exchange. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received.
