Roberto was my agent for my first property purchase. He was so helpful throughout the whole process - from initial viewing to completion. He was always on the case ensuring all parties including solicitors, the vendor, mortgage brokers etc. were in the loop with the property. As a first time buyer Roberto made me feel comfortable that everything was moving in the right direction. He also has excellent negotiating skills and ensured a fantastic price was accepted so that everyone was happy. There were a few hiccups along the way which were outside our control but Roberto ensured everything went smoothly and dealt with everything efficiently and I can't recommend him enough! He was always just one phone call away if I needed anything or had any questions and he would always give me updates on where we were with the purchase. I was really impressed and am feel fortunate that I had him as my agent on this purchase. His knowledge of the local area and surrounding areas is second to none and it really helped me decide on which property to go for etc.
