I recently bought a house from Lillingtons. Julie and the team were great, nothing was too much trouble and they helped me with literally everything I bothered them with. I would always receive an answer on the same day and this makes a change especially after dealing with other local estate agents. Iould definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Julie, the whitehaven manager and team, went out of their way to host an open day and then through a new advertising campaign secured two offers on the same day. Purchase of a house in Whitehaven

I recently bought a house in Whitehaven through Lillingtons. As I live in France, most of the dealings with this estate agent were by email or phone. The service that they gave me was excellent. The staff were courteous and very helpful which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The various questions that I had about the property were answered swiftly and comprehensively. There's a very good team in the Whitehaven office. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and relatives.

From the house valuation to the point we picked up our keys we received excellent service. Never had any issues. The lillingtons team were very helpful/professional and easy to get hold of.
