Best estate agent in Whitehaven
I have used several estate agents in Whitehaven to try to sell my property, all without success. I had been told that Julie was in charge of sales at the Whitehaven branch and having dealt with her at a previous agency when I bought my house and having seen how pro-active she is in selling houses, I decided to transfer to Lillingtons. Within four weeks of the property going on the market with Lillingtons, the house was sold for above the asking price. Following the sale of my house, I bought a new property and again used Lillingtons. In buy my new house, I found Lillingtons could not do enough to help me. At all stages of both selling and buying houses with them I was kept fully updated as to proceedings which resulted in both the sale and purchase of my properties to be smooth and stress free.

Sale o f16 Christy Place
The sale of my property was dealt with in a professional manner even though the Client (me) could be quite demanding at times. Julie was very patient with me and kept me up to date with proceedings on a regular basis and even went the extra mile to chase up Solicitors etc for me. I would, most certainly, recommend Lillingtons to friends and family following my recent (and past) experience with the company.

Great service from a local agent
A really good experience through a difficult period selling my late parents' home. Staff were friendly, efficient and professional guiding me through the process.

Professional, understanding and friendly.
My dealings with agents are limited but Angelina I found was very professional, understanding and friendly. She was also very sympathetic to my current situation. I will certainly recommend Lillingtons and especially the Whitehaven branch.

A very swift and stress-free sale!
Initially a couple hitches, which were very quickly rectified by Julie, manager at Lillington's Whitehaven branch. The house was not going to be an easy one to sell. Though in a great sea front location, the house would not be to everyone's taste, and still needed money spent on it.. After quite a lot of interest, an offer came in, we negotiated a fair price for buyer and seller,.and that was that.. The house went on to Rightmove on 4th May and an offer was formally accepted on 1st July, with the sale completed on 31st August.. Lillingtons were always on hand to offer good, sensible advice. I would recommend Lillingtons to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service from Julie @ Whitehaven
We can't thank Julie enough for her help & professionalism during the sale of our house . We were delighted to initially sell our property with 24 hours of going on the market - WOW . Unfortunately this deal fell through no fault of Lillingtons . They then managed to find us another buyer with in days - EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE . The sale itself has taken longer than normal to complete (solicitors) but Julie has remained a pleasure to deal with throughout . We would highly recommend this Estate Agent to friends & family because of Julie and also the help & advise of Aidan during our initial valuation . A pleasure to deal with - THANKYOU

House sold in three days! Brilliant! So friendly and efficient..
We were delighted with the friendly, thorough service from Lillingtons in marketing our property and ensuring that the buyers were able to proceed. We could not believe how well they matched potential buyers to the property and we were able to accept an offer only three days after the property went online with Lillingtons and wished we'd changed estate agents much sooner.

Sold after 1 day
Lillingtons made the sale of my first house very easy, it was on the market for 1 day before an offer was accepted and as I had never done this before Julie kept me fully advised throughout. Many thanks to all the staff involved

Straightforward, quick and lovely people
I recently rented a property put up by Lillingtons estate agents in Whitehaven. I called on the Friday afternoon and arranged a viewing on the Saturday morning. I was then able to start the application process straight away which was very straightforward and explained really well. As both myself and Co-Tenant do not currently live in Whitehaven, a lot of the process was able to be done over the phone and Lillingtons were very flexible around our needs. I have now moved in completely and am extremely happy with the service I received. I would recommend Lillingtons completely.
