Absolutely horrendous! I would give these 0 stars If I could! Rang more than 3 times to sort some damp out and just got snotty replies until eventually it got sorted.The light outside my flat is broke so i cant see anything when going upstairs, I rang and said about it she told me it would be sorted straight away and still nobody has been! This was 5 weeks ago.Not to mention the windows in the block of flats are literally rotten! AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS! They are totally useless.

Don't pick Belvoir for a real estate agent!! They will waste your time. They will take your deposit and not give you the house you paid for. They are extremely late to reply to their emails and phone calls. Their staff was very rude and uncooperative. They will treat you very unprofessionally with close to no manners at all! Be careful, they will ask you to pay money and will not provide you with any proof that you will be taking the house.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Thank you for your review and we would advise that this is not a true reflection of events and that we have a full timeline of events including e mails and telephone records and that we have been waiting on a response from you consistently and that you did not pay the required rent and deposit and were continually given the opportunity to do so until such time that the landlord eventually decided to put the property back on for let as there was no resolution to this. I would advise that we have provided you with the best possible service we can and that have always been professional and communicated things to you in a clear and concise manner.
