Northwood Wigan have been invaluable through every step of my house move, from the initial consultations, valuations and photographs, handling the viewings and offer negotiations, right through to handing over the keys on moving day. All the staff have been professional and extremely helpful, from advising me on how to arrange my furniture for the best photographs, to chasing the solicitors and keeping everyone up to date on what is happening - at times even multiple phone calls in a day letting me know where we were up to and what was happening. No house move ever goes 100% smoothly but I'm glad I had Northwood there to help me. Nicola in particular has been a godsend, constantly going above and beyond to make sure everything kept moving and any issues were sorted as soon as possible. I can honestly say I would not have been able to do this without her! A big thank you also to Kim, Becka and Jade who were fantastic throughout.
