I just want to share my experience and thank Northwood Wigan for their assistance in selling my property. Trying to sell this from 3000 miles away (I now live in the USA) was a daunting task, but the Northwood Wigan team have been diligent, communicative, informative and dedicated in pushing this with the buyer and his solicitors to make it happen. I would like to make a special mention for Nicola. She is an absolute star, she has helped at every step, has proactively chased and kept me informed throughout. I don’t know what you pay her, but it’s not enough, she has been brilliant throughout! I know estate agents can get a tough time from the media, this is the opposite of my experience with Nicola and Northwood Wigan. You guys Rock!

I have been very happy with the team at Northwood, Wigan who acted for me in the sale of my house. Nicola in the office maintained clear, calm and timely communication throughout the process This was important to me as due to family illness I was away from home through most of the selling period. Jade who valued the house (and the only team member I actually met in person) made me feel confident it was ready to sell. I'm sorry I don't know the names of the various staff who accompanied prospective buyers to the house, but I always found it as I left it when I returned home. I would be happy to recommend the Wigan staff to other prospective sellers and say it was a totally different experience from the last time I sold a house twelve years ago. Thank you ladies!

Myself and my Partner Mike recently purchased our first house and all the team at Northwood were brilliant in every step of the way especially Nicola. Nicola explained to us and gave us clear calming answers on everything that we asked about. Northwood are fantastic and weather your buying or selling these guys are the best.

Her customer service is above and beyond what we would expect from a letting agency. When we had the flat she completed the inspections on her way home so that we could be there, and she has been very helpful and friendly throughout both our tenancies with yourselves. Cannot fault the service, advice, and help I received from Northwood. Nicola (the lady who was helping me) was great. Everything she said she would do she did and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would highly recommend Northwood and their staff.
