Hadn’t heard of this estate agents, until myself and partner had to start looking quickly, due to our landlord selling up and a baby on the way! Really great estate agents, friendly and accommodating and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Our complete turn around was less than 1 month, from viewing our house to getting the keys! And another little bonus, our agent Kim even rang us today (2 days after getting the keys) to check that everything had gone smoothly with our move and we where settling in, never had that before with other estate agents when renting, spot on customer service in my eyes. Northwood Wigan have been invaluable through every step of my house move, from the initial consultations, valuations and photographs, handling the viewings and offer negotiations, right through to handing over the keys on moving day. All the staff have been professional and extremely helpful, from advising me on how to arrange my furniture for the best photographs, to chasing the solicitors and keeping everyone up to date on what is happening - at times even multiple phone calls in a day letting me know where we were up to and what was happening. No house move ever goes 100% smoothly but I'm glad I had Northwood there to help me. Nicola in particular has been a godsend, constantly going above and beyond to make sure everything kept moving and any issues were sorted as soon as possible. I can honestly say I would not have been able to do this without her! A big thank you also to Kim, Becka and Jade who were fantastic throughout. Absolutely Brilliant, House sold in a week, and they found my dream house the same weekend. The staff were lovely and helped so much to keep the selling and buying on track, liaising for me with the solicitors. They supported us so much as moving is stressful and they tried to make it as easy as possible (especially Nicola listening to be go on and on). phone was always answered when I called the office. Jade who initially came my house to do the sales side was really enthusiastic about selling my house, and great pictures were taken and a nice brochure put together. would recommend to everyone :)

The service from Northwood could not have been better. They quickly found us a suitable tenant. Due to the property being empty for quite some time there were teething problems with the plumbing but they offered us the option of using their plumber or using our own, We used a combination of the two, with their plumber charging us at reasonable cost. All the time they were very good at liaising with us, providing regular updates. They took the stress out of the situation by having back up support with any issues.
