The level of service and care I have received from Ellis and Co, and Peter Stinson their Principle, has been nothing short of exemplary. I have been very happy with everything from the initial visits to the suggested properties, to the assistance needed during my time with them, all the way through to the final dealings at the end of my tenancy. Their response time for problems was excellent, in many cases the issue was resolved the same day, any issues which needed landlord input were met quickly and efficiently, and all in all I am sad to leave their remit. If we move back into the area we will definitely and exclusively use their services again. Truly the best estate agents I have ever come across and if I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. The level of professionalism I have encountered was exceedingly high it is true, however it was always backed up with a friendly and reassuring demeanour from everyone I had dealings with, be it by email, on the phone or in person. I honestly cannot praise them enough and wish them all success in the future.
