Ross and his team went Above and Beyond when ever called upon. Due to on going troubles selling my property (not Ellis and Co’s fault) Ross helped me through every time. I had some issues and due to being away from the property at the time, Ross or his team would go to the property and help solve them. In Ross’ words this help was “All part of the services”. I strongly disagree and think its beyond that, this was not part of a sale, and completely unexpected. Ross and his team had fantastic communication with me and I was informed via email or a personal call at every step of the way. I could not fault the team in any way and would recommend them to anyone.
