Fantastic people and fantastic service. My girlfriend and I used Ellis and Co to rent a flat in Willesden Green. They also managed it. It is a small outfit run by a husband and wife team who get involved in everything. They are also very straight talking so when you rent from them you know what the deal is. I.e. you get an inventory and check in report on the state of the flat when you move in, saves a lot of time and hassle. If we had a problem we knew who to contact and it was the same person we spoke to all the time so we didn't have to constantly explain the same problem a hundred times over. Unfortunately not with them anymore as the landlord wanted his flat back. Found a place with a large chain of estate agents up the road who are quite honestly appalling i.e. it has been a month after we moved in and we still don't have a signed copy of the contract, they didnt organise for an inventory to be done etc. Ellis and Co. in Willesden Green have shown us what good agents / management agents do and we miss them. They explain things clearly and react quickly to queries. It was a pleasure to rent through them.
