I dealt with Ross who was informative, patient and professional throughout the whole process of selling my mother's property. I struggled with a lot of the jargon from our solicitor but Ross was able to explain each process in an easy to understand language which put my mind at rest and gave me a better understanding of what was happening and when. He kept me updated the whole time with regular calls and emails and I felt he went over and above his duties. Ross was also a great support when stress levels were high and just a very polite up front person.
