As a first-time buyer I have been pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Ellis and co. The sale was particularly long and complicated (through no fault of the agent) and there were several occasions I felt compelled to give up! Ross made the whole process so much more bearable and I am particularly grateful to him. In particular he should be praised for (points I valued in particular): - always being available/easily contactable; letting me know if he was going to be away and giving me another point of contact - updating me on progress (good and bad) continually. I particularly valued this! Thank you! - offerring help, advice and solutions and always happy to contact vendor when we were getting stuck. I feel I could possibly have avoided extra charges I ended up paying following an issue with a lease breach (entirely not my cost to bear as buyer!) and am disappointed at having to do so. This is my only issue and I understand that the agent's first priority is to the seller paying the fees!
