Myself and my fiancée had a very hard time over 2013 and early 2014 finding our dream first home with other Estate agencies and agents. We found it very difficult in dealing with Estate agents who were either not forthcoming with information or dishonest. Even though we put in the right offers our deals fell through many times with other agents. Our luck changed when we met Ross at Ellis and Co. Ross was very honest and helpful from the outset. He understood our position (Newly engaged at the time) and what we required. He catered his attention to our needs and showed us properties that met our requirement. Ross was very knowledgeably about the area and was always forthcoming with information that needed our attention. Ross was always at the other end of the phone line when we needed him. (Day and Night in some cases). He was also very efficient with and paperwork and communicating with all parties involved up the chain. We never had to chase him with regards to anything. Ross was very knowledgeable with regards to the process and helped make an otherwise complicated process very simple. Even when we had delays with solicitors Ross dug deep in and got any delays and issues resolved quick. We would recommend Ross to anyone requiring the services of an agent. We are sure to use his services and expertise in the future should we require it. :)
