As first time buyers we went into the process of purchasing our first home with great trepidation. Talks with friends quickly turned to house-buying-horror-story competitions and the property newspapers pounded us with stressful reports. Luckily, the property we fell in love with was being marketed by Ellis & Co, and the sale managed by Ross White. From the very first call to Ross I felt like we were dealing with a professional, experienced and sincere individual. He was pleasant and extremely efficient helping us to navigate the journey to the point of completion this week. The whole sale was speedy but not too fast and we felt often that things were so smooth something must be amiss. I would highly recommend Ross and his agency to all my friends and family. More importantly, as and when the time comes to move on we will certainly be contacting Ellis & Co to assist us selling the property on.
