I have been living at my property for approximately 5 years and one of the main reasons for my long stay is because Ellis & Co have been absolutely fantastic. If it's a pipe getting blocked or I have left my keys in the office, they do anything they can and quickly. I hope they will be the people I buy my first property in London through!

I was recommended Ellis & Co (Willesden branch) by my mum's plumber who had a couple of properties with them and he said they were very good, so when I let my flat after getting married I contacted the Willesden Green branch and the manager came to view the property, even though it was slightly out of the area that they covered. I signed up with them straight away and suffice to say I have been with them coming up to six-and-a-half years and they are brilliant. The tenants are happy and well looked after by the agents, I have had no problems or issues at all, any repair/maintenance work is undertaken swiftly and professionally by the agents. Margaret Nolan has been fantastic and very helpful to deal with. I am at ease knowing that my property is in good hands, all the stress & worry of looking after tenants and a rental property has been taken from me. Sale of shared ownership property

We came to Ellis & Co after several fruitless months spent trying to sell our shared ownership property through our housing association. Peter was very helpful right from the start, and had our property listed on their website within a matter of days, including arranging for photos using a futuristic 3D camera model, which is all part of the service. Almost immediately, we had two viewings and expressions of interest, one of which led to an offer and acceptance. Throughout the quite lengthy conveyancing process, Peter and then Ross were supportive and tenacious, assisting wherever they could to drive the process forward and deal with enquiries from our vendor’s representatives. Wholeheartedly recommended.
