Although there were a few ups and downs, Ross and the whole team acted professionally and provided good service at all times throughout the whole process to achieve a successful sale.
They Manage a Flat not a Building. On the whole I am quite satisfied with the agents especially with the accounting department-. Occasionally I have been informed rather ,late. of any major repairs etc demanded by the tenants which I assume would need my approval.. Also in the bids for any major work to be done. I think it would be appropriate to seek competing ones i.e not only one as is usually the case, to be able to make a informed decision.

I have been using Ellis & Co as letting & management agent since 2003. Over the years I think that I have only had 2 tenants and have not had my property vacant at any point. The service I receive from Margaret is excellent. She manages my property with very little required involvement from me and keeps me informed along the way. My renewals take place without me having to ask and when there is a problem, I know that I can rely on Margaret to get it resolved. I can highly recommend the Walm Lane Office of Ellis & Co.
As a first time buyer I found Damien at Willesden Green branch at Ellis and Co very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and made the process of buying a flat as smooth as he could. I would def try to use the branch in the future.
Not very good or responsive. We rented a property with this estate agents and we had mice is the WHOLE time. The area isn’t nice to live in. We had someone throw a brick through our kitchen window so when it came to renew, of course, we were desperate to leave in which they tried to tell us that’s just what are living in London is like and tried to force us to stay. Really poor experience, staff even argued with us. The next tenant is now paying hundreds extra a month for property which is freezing because of how poorly built and secured it is.
