Although there were a few ups

Although there were a few ups and downs, Ross and the whole team acted professionally and provided good service at all times throughout the whole process to achieve a successful sale.

They Manage a Flat not a

They Manage a Flat not a Building. On the whole I am quite satisfied with the agents especially with the accounting department-. Occasionally I have been informed rather ,late. of any major repairs etc demanded by the tenants which I assume would need my approval.. Also in the bids for any major work to be done. I think it would be appropriate to seek competing ones i.e not only one as is usually the case, to be able to make a informed decision.

I have been a customer (as a tenant) of Ellis & Co 29 Walm Lane Willesden branch since July 2011. The service received so far has been prompt, professional and friendly. I do hope to keep receiving the same high quality service until the end of my tenancy.

I have used them for over 10

I have used them for over 10 years and they are very good. I totally trust them, and would not switch ever. I work with Peter Stinson and Margaret Nolan. Both great.

I have been using Ellis &

I have been using Ellis & Co as letting & management agent since 2003. Over the years I think that I have only had 2 tenants and have not had my property vacant at any point. The service I receive from Margaret is excellent. She manages my property with very little required involvement from me and keeps me informed along the way. My renewals take place without me having to ask and when there is a problem, I know that I can rely on Margaret to get it resolved. I can highly recommend the Walm Lane Office of Ellis & Co.

As a first time buyer I found

As a first time buyer I found Damien at Willesden Green branch at Ellis and Co very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and made the process of buying a flat as smooth as he could. I would def try to use the branch in the future.

Not very good or responsive. We rented a property with this estate agents and we had mice is the WHOLE time. The area isn’t nice to live in. We had someone throw a brick through our kitchen window so when it came to renew, of course, we were desperate to leave in which they tried to tell us that’s just what are living in London is like and tried to force us to stay. Really poor experience, staff even argued with us. The next tenant is now paying hundreds extra a month for property which is freezing because of how poorly built and secured it is.

Hi Katie, We appreciate you taking the time to post a review of our services, and in doing so sharing your experience of renting through us. Unfortunately, there are vast disparities in your version of the events surrounding your tenancy and how it ended, compared with what actually transpired. We pride ourselves in the transparency of our dealings with the Public and we were dismayed to read the contents of your review and claims contained therein. In these circumstances, we would reply as follows. Firstly, mice infestations are common place in period properties. Your property had recently been renovated, prior to you taking up residency, and our records show that in the previous 12 year unbroken tenancy we never had to deal with any vermin issues. Nevertheless, your report was not ignored and a firm was engaged to eradicate the problem with many hundreds of pounds spent doing so. When reading your other recent online reviews we see that you even gave the firm in question, Exodus Pest Control, a glowing 5 star review for the work completed in the property. A review of our files, records and email correspondence would confirm that at no time did we attempt to force you and your co-tenant to stay in the property or did we behave in the manner you described. The facts of this matter would also reveal that you and your co-tenant had already committed to a renewal of your tenancy, at the same rent as before, and indeed you had both already signed a new 12 month tenancy agreement. This was BEFORE any altercation you mention, with a neighbour involving a brick, even took place. Naturally you and your co-tenant requested to be released immediately from the new tenancy agreement you had previously signed and after consultation with your Landlord, your request was granted. Your vacation of the property was expedited to alleviate any further stress to yourselves. There were no arguments between us whatsoever during this process. We did everything we could to assist your removal from the flat at the earliest opportunity. These are the facts of the matter and they are conclusive. New tenants took up occupation in the flat shortly after you left, paying market rent, and there have been no new reported issues concerning vermin, insulation qualities or the level of security at the property in the four months that have expired since you and your Co-tenant moved out.
