When I first contacted Hockeys Jeremy came out to meet me at a convenient time. He was sympathetic to the fact that I was selling the property on behalf of my elderly mother and we were in a state of flux.. He was not pushy and did not appear to be following a script.. The commission was 1%, better than many, and he set the sale price at a realistic level. I decided to use Hockeys and again Jeremy was there promptly, took photographs and the property was on all the major sites that evening. An Open House was held and I got regular telephone and email updates. Further support was in place after a sale was (speedily) agreed and Joe ensured I was informed of the progress..
