They were realistic about the valuation, are reasonably priced, and each member of the team I had contact with (mainly Joe and Jeremy) was friendly and helpful. I recently used Hockeys to buy my first home and couldn’t fault the service they provided. Jeremy arranged a second viewing on the property I bought at very short notice and did all he could to accommodate the limited times I was available. When I put in the offer, they hadn’t heard if it had been accepted but still telephoned so that I was kept in the loop and knew when to expect an answer.After the offer was accepted, Alex went out of his way to ensure that I was kept well-informed and nothing seemed too much trouble. When I struggled to get hold of solicitors or had questions which were left unanswered, he contacted on my behalf and any issues were usually resolved the same day. His positive attitude and reassurance was very much appreciated! I can’t thank Alex and the team at Hockey’s enough for all their efforts throughout my purchase. An excellent service

We used Hockeys for a recent purchase of a property in Cambridge. As first time buyers, the process of a house purchase was both novel and complex. The team at Hockeys were fantastic, particularly Alex Milne who worked very hard to make sure that we were fully briefed on the process, kept updated on the status of our purchase, and would try and get updates for us when the process went quiet. Our purchase was quite lengthy due to other buyers within the chain, and despite frustrations Alex was constantly positive and reassured us when we felt frustrated. Outstanding service from Alex at Hockey's

We were very impressed with the service and dedication Alex gave us on our house sale. He kept us up to date on status on regular basis and chased solicitors when they were being a bit slow. One particular instance that we were very impressed with, was when Alex followed the 7 long chain right down to the bottom in order to find out the status of where everyone was in terms of being able to progress with the sale.
