I have been dealing with Alistair Brown at Tylers for seven or eight years now. He has assisted me in the sale of three properties and furthermore has advised with considerable wisdom and insight on the purchase of several others. Alistair has always been, without exception, highly professional and ruthlessly efficient yet subtly diplomatic. I am never left wondering what is happening at any given stage and I always feel that he goes above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of an estate agent to make sure that the best possible outcome is achieved. Perhaps most importantly he is a thoroughly decent guy and I enjoy our conversations enormously and actually look forward to dealing with him which I think speaks volumes when one considers how buying or selling a house can be quite a stressful process. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Tylers in general, as I have of course interacted with his colleagues at one time or another as well, to anybody.
When you're selling your house - or trying to - there's nothing worse than bad communication. Late in the process of selling mine, things threatened to get complicated.further along the chain. Alistair was brilliant at keeping me in touch with what was going on, and creative in finding a solution to something which looked like it might be a problem. When you first select an estate agent it's easy to forget that one of the most important things is to find someone who will be reassuring if things get stressful. Alistair was great at that.
I really appreciated it that Ellis didn't try to 'sell' me the property but just left it for me to see and make up my own mind. He didn't bombard me with information I can see for myself; I suppose he understands that when a person sees a property they have enough information to process without any 'distraction' from an agent. He tried to answer my questions but didn't pretend to knowledge he didn't have. And since the sale was agreed he conducted the rest of the sale calmly and professionally. Pleasure to have you and an agent, Ellis. I'll be in touch when I come to sell!
We couldn't have asked for a better service. From beginning to end of the process we were always kept well informed at every stage and guidance we received was invaluable. We were always greeted with a smiling face or heard a friendly voice on the phone. The sales particulars which Tyler's produce are exceptional in their quality compared to other agent's we used whilst looking for our purchase property. We would not hesitate to recommend Tylers to anyone looking for a very professional estate agent at a good value price.
Tylers in Willingham were the vendors agent for my first home purchase in July 2015. Having tried to purchase a property for the previous 12 months, encountering bad practice at another local agent, Alistair in Willingham went above and beyond to make sure that everyone in the process was fully informed of the complicated details of the sale which made everything significantly easier. A very friendly and professional service; I would happily recommend to anyone in the area.
Tylers were very attentive and I always got kept in the loop of what was going on. Alistair always did things in such detail and a professional manner, Our situation as sellers got very difficult, but Alistair was willing to go the extra mile to enable us to secure our sale and purchase, I haven't had a chance to say Thank you yet but I appreciate his effort very much as otherwise we wouldn't be settled in our lovely new house now!
Enquired after a property by leaving a message on voicemail, 8 hours later i had to call them and speak with a totally disinterested and unhelpful agent. Stefan i believe. In order to reinforce my interest in the property i emailed them same day wih all my details and asking questions on said property. Its now four days later and i have had no reply. Should i see another property they i am interested in on with them i will put a letter through the door to registet my interest and explain i don't wish to deal with Trylers. Just woeful customer service.
