Some time ago I asked this lot to sell a house for me. A few people were interested and I chose what GH called a 'cash buyer.' She wasn't, she appeared to be a mate of somebody at GH. They were in touch with me regularly while the mortgage was sorted but only ever in support of the buyer. They let her and a dodgy gas boiler person into the house in order to condemn the boiler and knock me down £3000. I had it uncondemned. Don't give them your keys, in fact don't employ them.NegativeQuality
