It was pleasure dealing with Heather right from moving into to we asking to leave the contract mid way due to husbands work. An absolute pleasure dealing with her. Never seen a person from letting agent in the rental department being so helpful and kind. She was always easy to communicate and helped me every time I had a problem and she never said a no. From my past experience generally the letting agents tend not to help nor go out of their way even when they can help. But with Heather Wynn it was different she wasn’t over professional and never spoke to us in legal terms but was kind and was working with us on a humanitarian grounds understanding our situation. In today’s day and age where all the letting agents are bully, don’t have heart to listen to someone’s problem, are not considerate, their don’t care attitude and zero customer services I have had horrible experiences over the years with loads of letting agents, Heather Wynn definitely was an exception.
