Tracy from the Wimborne office was an absolute star. We had lots of viewings and dealing with so many agencies however I can honestly say Tracy Brazil by far was simply the best. She understood our needs and acted on it immediately and professionally. She treated us with respect and explained the whole process from start to finish. She was very friendly, helpful and my girls absolutely loved dealing with her. She stepped in and helped out during the process with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her calm and collective manner gave us the confidence in dealing with her. If it wasn't for Tracy we wouldn't have dealt with Harker and Bullman in the first place.she is a real credit to her company and we are very grateful for all her support and for making our journey such a fantastic one.
