Leanne was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her highly enough. At all times, we found Leanne to be completely professional whilst being extremely warm and easy to talk to. We simultaneously bought and sold through Charters and Leanne kept regular contact with us on all aspects of our sale. Her telephone manner was friendly, genuine and supportive. She did everything she could to keep the chain moving and. when frustrating situations inevitably arose along the way, she dealt with them efficiently and swiftly. it was Leanne''s ability to explain things clearly and calmly that made a huge difference to the willingness of all parties to proceed quickly. She provided an excellent, personalised service and made us feel valued as clients.
