unique search citeria fullfilled

I have been looking for a property for the past 2+ years. Chartes have sent through a lot of properties that were not relevant and only a very few that were. Admittedly, I had very specific search criteria which were extremely hard to match. Once I built up a relationship with Nony Kerr-Smiley who eventually understood my requirements and style, more specific offers were sent through and offered by phone when new to the market. Nony found a few houses that were suitable in a market that is very samey and I have just secured a purchase on a house this week. Thank you.
