Tom has been responsive, effective and polite throughout our dealings.
Out of all the Wonchester based estate agents, Tom has been the most efficient and responsive to my requests including arranging last minute rapid access to what i believed could have been our forever home even though i contacted him at very short notice and he was due to go onleave later that day. He goes above and beyond with customer service.
Reply from Charters: Thank you Camilla for your lovely 5STAR review of Tom at Charters in Winchester for his efficient service.
