In recent years I have used Charters to both buy and sell houses in Winchester. Nony's service has been excellent throughout. She has a sharp nose for the market, is punctual, professional and efficient. Her interest in a transaction extends beyond the exchange of contracts and, perhaps best of all, she is free of all agent claptrap-speak which seems so prevalent these days. I wouldn't hesitate ro recommend her (again), and Charters, to anyone who may be interested in housing. Francis B.
