Excellent service!

Good morning. My Wife and I are in the process of selling our current home. Recently our home was viewed on a Sunday morning. In the afternoon of the same day my Wife and I were in Winchester hoping Charters would be open. Thankfully they were. We were greeted by a lovely smiling young lady who introduced herself as Ellie. Ellie was very smart and couldn't have been more helpful with our enquiries. Ellie answered our questions in a professional and friendly manner. There was one question Ellie stated she would get back to us on. We left Charters extremely pleased that Ellie was able to answer our questions. After leaving the agent and a few moments later Ellie rushed out of the premises catching up with my Wife and I to provide us with outstanding enquiry. It is refreshing to know a young lady (Ellie) was so passionate about providing my Wife and I with an excellent service. Well done Ellie!. Thank you for an excellent service.
