Simon worked tirelessly to find and secure the right mortgage at a good rate to help us get our daughter on the housing ladder in complex circumstances. He was easily accessible and gave generously of his time to understand our situation and wishes and translate those into a clear way forward. He worked behind the scenes to sound out possible lenders and, together with his colleague, Marie, kept in close touch with us throughout the process. He was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and very prompt in all his actions and communications.
